Refund Policy

Return Requirements:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be attached

  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email me at shopekriddle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. I'll send you return instructions.

  3. ​Once I receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for your refund to process.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my end.

  • All sale items are final sale.
